Property & damage acknowledgment

Junk removal requires moving large, heavy items through tight spaces, doorways, stairwells, and landscaped areas. The Company will exercise reasonable care at all times.

Minor unavoidable contact: The Company is not liable for minor, incidental scuffs or marks to walls, door frames, baseboards, flooring, or landscaping during tight-clearance maneuvers.

Damage claims: Significant damage caused by Company negligence must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service.

I accept that the Company is not liable for minor, unavoidable scuffs to walls, flooring, or landscaping during normal operations.

I agree to notify the crew of any pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces before work begins.

Hazardous items — prohibited

⚠️

We strictly prohibit hauling hazardous materials. Discovery of prohibited items may result in immediate work stoppage. A trip fee may still apply.

Prohibited items we cannot remove:

Liquid paint (latex, oil-based, or spray)
Motor oil, transmission fluid, or automotive fluids
Chemicals, solvents, pesticides, or fertilizers
Asbestos-containing materials (ACM)
Biohazardous or medical waste
Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders

I confirm no hazardous materials are present in the items to be removed, or I have disclosed them above.

I understand that undisclosed hazardous materials may result in immediate work stoppage and a trip fee.

Payment & general terms

Payment: Due upon completion. Accepted: cash, card, Zelle, CashApp. Disputes must be raised before the crew departs.

Cancellations: Less than 2 hours notice — $25 fee. Same-day no-show — $50 fee.

Photos: The Company may photograph job sites before and after for quality assurance and marketing unless written objection is provided.

Governing law: State of Georgia. Disputes resolved in Cobb County, GA.

I agree to the payment and general terms stated above.
